Negative emotions are OK but how not knowing how to handle is NOT!!

It's easy to let negative emotions like apathy and discouragement take over when things get tough. Sending yourself into a spiral of self-doubt can be especially damaging when you're trying to achieve a goal.


Believe it or not, there are a few simple things you can do to instantly boost your motivation. By taking control of your thoughts and emotions, you can get back on track and better handle whatever challenges come your way.

1. Acknowledge your current feelings.
